GP referrals

Provide as much information as you can as this will help us to process your request.
If you feel you need to be referred for specialist care, please submit an e-consult, providing as much information as possible as to why you need an onward referral. Our clinical triage assessment team will review the detail and assign it to one of our team to phone you to discuss the referral in more detail.
Tracking a referral
Once you have been referred, you will either receive a letter confirming details of your referral or a link will be sent to you via text message. Tracking your referral is your responsibility, therefore, if you have any questions in this regard, please contact the hospital directly.
