If you’ve been off sick for 7 days or less
If you’re unwell and off work for 7 days or less, you must self certify your absence. Your employer should not ask for medical evidence that you’ve been unwell. Please use the form below as we cannot legally provide you with a FIT note for any absences of less than 7 days.
